Little Bird was a five issue series published by Image Comics with a really great creative team, consisting of: Director/screenwriter Darcy Van Poelgeest, artist Ian Bertram, colourist Matt Hollingsworth, letterer Aditya Bidikar and designer Ben Didier.
The series tells the story of Little Bird a young resistance fighter battling against the oppressive American Empire on a mission her mother set. for her: Free The Axe, Save The People, Free The North, Save The World. As Little Bird works to complete this mission and bring down the American Empire she learns more about herself, her family and tries to find her place in a world on fire.
